About the position

The IT/IS Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company's information technology infrastructure, software solutions, and document storage systems. This role emphasizes the development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of a standardized document storage system to ensure compliance, security, and efficient cross-departmental access. The IT/IS Manager will oversee all aspects of hardware and software, including email services, Office applications, telecommunication systems, PCs, servers, printers, company cell phones, Business Intelligence platforms, and AI tools. Additionally, this position will coordinate the integration of data across various systems and manage the deployment of new technology solutions throughout the company.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide support for all in-house IT issues.
• Ensure that all users have access to the appropriate network resources, including onboarding new employees.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of all computer and printer hardware.
• Work closely with outside IT Support and vendors to support the overall company IT.
• Oversee all information systems programs such as field data systems and financial ERP systems.
• Develop and implement a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the standardized document storage system.
• Provide support to employees for document management and ensure storage policies are followed.
• Train office and field personnel on the use of all systems to optimize utilization.
• Help monitor document storage security and access controls.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in IT systems, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Windows Operating Systems.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and requests simultaneously.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
