About the position

As a Product Manager on the App Growth team at Genesis10, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of retail by empowering the team to deliver innovative and human-centered customer experiences. This position involves driving product strategy and development from concept to launch, while closely collaborating with key internal teams and stakeholders. You will engage in customer research and execute data-driven prioritization to ensure that the products developed meet customer needs and business objectives. In this role, you will work alongside a team of product managers, UX designers, and engineers to design, build, and launch initiatives that have a meaningful impact on customer experiences. The position is hybrid preferred, meaning you should be located within a drivable distance to one of our client corporate offices, specifically in Richfield, MN or Atlanta, GA. You may be required to come into the office up to three days per week, allowing for a blend of remote and in-office work. Your responsibilities will include demonstrating empathy for customers, leading teams to innovate, analyzing customer data to identify trends, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance customer retention. You will also be responsible for designing models and success metrics to measure the effectiveness of retention campaigns, as well as creating test plans to optimize campaign audience selection. This role is essential in ensuring that the client remains at the forefront of retail innovation, delivering exceptional experiences to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate empathy for customers and steer strategies to build customer trust
  • Demonstrate the test / learn / iterate mindset
  • Lead teams to innovate and transform by embracing new ways of working
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities to improve retention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (decision science, marketing, product, engineering, operations) to identify and deliver experiences that improve customer retention
  • Design models, success metrics, and reporting to measure the performance of retention campaigns and overall program effectiveness
  • Create test plans to optimize campaign audience selection

Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant Product Management experience (Dev, UX, Strategy, etc.)
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in strategy creation, customer-focused solutioning, cross-functional leadership, etc.
  • Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, influence and manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders; building strong relationships is critical to our success
  • 8+ years of directly related experience
  • 4+ years of people management and team leadership experience
  • 3+ years of leadership and people management experience
