About the position

The IT Lead ERP Shared Services position at Johnson & Johnson Technology Services focuses on supporting ERP Business Services for North America. This role is critical for the operation and maintenance of ERP Global Shared services platforms, ensuring efficient recovery of services in case of disruptions. The incumbent will collaborate with the Sr Manager of Service Management ERP Services and will be responsible for enhancing IT product quality through automation and preventative measures.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of all service requests from users, including approval, cancellation, evaluation, fulfillment, initiation, review, close, validation, and classification.
  • Detect events, resolve appropriate control actions, and manage the event management lifecycle.
  • Address all incidents, including failures and queries, and serve as the escalation point for vendors on incidents.
  • Ensure application security and proactive protection of internal/customer information, including access control and threat management.
  • Supervise and measure the quality of IT operations, perform analysis, and identify improvement actions.
  • Ensure knowledge management by receiving knowledge from service transition and ensuring support readiness.
  • Engage in and improve applications through design, deployment, operation, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an IT/Operation specialist supporting OpenText products such as Content Server, Documentum, and Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP.
  • Expertise in OpenText Application including Document Management, Content Collaboration, and Reporting and Analytics.
  • Experience supporting Legacy and SaaS OpenText Product integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory expertise in Records Management and Audit and Legal Compliance.
  • Strong systematic problem-solving skills and expertise in ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and innovation.
