About the position

The IT Lead ERP Shared Services position at Johnson & Johnson Technology Services involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical ERP Global Shared services platforms. This role is essential for ensuring efficient recovery of services in case of disruptions and focuses on improving IT product quality through automation and preventative measures. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and managing vendor relationships to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the lifecycle of all service requests from users, including approval, cancellation, evaluation, fulfillment, initiation, review, close, validation, and classification.
  • Detect events, resolve appropriate control actions, and manage the event management lifecycle.
  • Address all incidents and outages, serving as the escalation point for vendors on incidents and the contact for major incidents.
  • Ensure application security and proactive protection of internal/customer information, including access control and threat management.
  • Supervise and measure the quality of IT operations, perform analysis, and identify improvement actions.
  • Manage knowledge transfer from service transition and ensure support readiness across incidents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or relevant work experience.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an IT/Operation specialist supporting OpenText products such as Content Server, Documentum, and Vendor Invoice Management for SAP.
  • Expertise in OpenText Application including Document Management, Content Collaboration, and Archiving.
  • Experience supporting Legacy and SaaS OpenText Product integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Strong systematic problem-solving skills and expertise in ITIL processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
