As the IT Manager for Hospital Systems & Data Integration Product Owner at Johnson & Johnson, you will be responsible for delivering innovative Hospital Systems Data Integration (HSDI) solutions within the healthcare interoperability domain, specifically focusing on Digital Surgery. This role combines advanced surgical technologies with real-time data intelligence to create a connected surgical ecosystem that enhances the capabilities of medical staff. You will drive the success of HSDI projects across the J&J Medical Devices sector, ensuring that our clinical data interoperability products align with the strategic vision and architecture of our medical devices portfolio. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with solution engineers and system architects to define high-level system designs that meet business needs and goals. In this role, you will define features for the HSDI system based on the SAFe framework, manage platform-level dependencies and risks, and deliver a future-proof API and microservices-based solution for secure data acquisition, storage, and distribution. You will also participate in software design reviews, provide feedback to the development team, and work closely with external hospitals and system integrators to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Additionally, you will partner with various operating segments, including R&D Engineering and Cybersecurity, to understand clinical data requirements and provide product design guidance. Your work will be conducted in a technology environment that includes Rest API, Agile methodologies, and various software tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Azure, while adhering to FDA Design Controls and relevant healthcare protocols.
