About the position

As IT Manager for Finance, EPM, and HCM, this role will require hands-on leadership while managing a team of Business Analysts to support Oracle Implementation and Post Implementation support. The IT Manager will engage with business users worldwide to address business requirements through Oracle and potentially non-Oracle platforms. This position involves managing changes, enhancements, and releases in the specified areas while closely collaborating with business leaders and the program governance team. The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with internal and partner team members globally. Additionally, the role requires maintaining the implemented template and business processes based on best practices while advising the business on the latest technology trends and solutions. The IT Manager will be responsible for implementing and supporting a combination of Oracle Financial applications, including General Ledger (GL), Sub-Ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules. Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials and data conversions from On-Prem to Cloud, as well as interfacing with third-party applications, is essential. The candidate should have hands-on experience configuring Cloud Financials and a functional knowledge of Oracle Core Financial Modules. The role also requires executing implementation strategies, preparing functional specification documents, testing, and implementing practical business solutions. A good understanding of at least one other major ERP cloud module, such as EPM or HCM, is necessary. Candidates should have at least 1 or 2 full life cycle implementation experiences in Oracle Financials Cloud, with hands-on configuration experience. Knowledge of cloud technologies, configuration and development management, and agile methodologies is also required. The IT Manager will work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Value Stream Managers to deliver business value and meet objectives, while also mentoring junior developers and ensuring adherence to software development best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders to define constraints and develop requirements documentation.

Requirements

  • Experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Financial applications such as GL, SLA, FAH, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and P2P.
  • Hands-on experience configuring Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets).
  • Functional knowledge of Oracle Core Financial Modules.
  • Experience in executing implementation strategy and preparing functional specification documents.
  • Good understanding of at least one other major ERP cloud module such as EPM or HCM.
  • At least 1 or 2 full life cycle implementation experiences in Oracle Financials Cloud with hands-on configuration experience.
  • Experience in Discrete Manufacturing Oracle Environment.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Azure).
  • Strong experience with Deployment/Continuous Integration/Continuous Testing/Continuous Delivery processes and tools.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of test-first practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to communicate technical requirements to all levels of expertise.
