As IT Manager for Oracle SCM at Watlow, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Business Analysts to support the implementation and post-implementation phases of Oracle solutions. This position requires a hands-on approach while engaging with business users globally to address their requirements through Oracle and potentially non-Oracle platforms. You will be responsible for managing changes, enhancements, and releases in the Oracle SCM area, collaborating closely with business leaders and the program governance team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with internal and partner teams across the globe, maintaining the implemented template and business processes based on best practices, and advising the business on the latest technology trends and solutions. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and design tailored Oracle Cloud solutions for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes. You will lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud solutions, focusing on Procurement, Inventory, and Costing modules. Your expertise in two or more Oracle Supply Chain application modules, such as Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, and Cost Management, will be crucial as you perform functional configuration or technical development. You will identify opportunities for business process improvements and communicate effectively with clients in areas like Procurement, Inventory, and Product Management. Additionally, you will provide strategic advice on Oracle Cloud best practices to ensure alignment with business goals, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Cloud solutions seamlessly into existing systems, and conduct regular assessments of Oracle Cloud design to identify optimization opportunities. Staying updated on industry trends and advancements will be essential as you serve as a subject matter expert on Oracle Cloud technologies. Building and maintaining strong client relationships will be key to ensuring clear communication and a thorough understanding of project requirements, while working with project managers to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
