About The Position
The OT Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for the effective operation of security technologies and compliance processes within Eversource's Operational systems. Incumbent works directly or through subordinates with clients, colleagues and other key stakeholders to develop technology deployment plans to ensure that cybersecurity technology portfolios are operationally effective, upgraded and enhanced to meet the changing threat landscape and business requirements. Works with internal and external technology providers to develop cyber security technology deployment plans that will protect new company acquired technology platforms and address new regulatory requirements. Individual will manage technical staff and provide oversight to suppliers to build, operate and support technology-based systems, execute on-going access administration processes, and to oversee IT's NERC-CIP compliance programs.
