PE Management Group Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Manager (Project Focused) to join our dynamic team in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our IT Department by providing essential administrative support to the development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various IT projects, ensuring that they align with the organizational goals, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. The IT Manager will play a crucial role in organizing and maintaining documentation, which is vital for the smooth operation of the development department. In this role, you will be tasked with installing, modifying, and repairing computer hardware and software, as well as assisting with projects that are critical to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining network systems to ensure their optimal performance. Additionally, you will implement and maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to protect our IT infrastructure. Staying ahead of the curve is essential; therefore, you will be expected to research the latest technical trends and present your findings to upper management. Your proactive approach will help ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability, while also identifying new market opportunities and developing systems or processes to improve IT efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the development team.
  • Assist in managing IT projects in alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • 2 years of IT experience required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Desire to be part of a cohesive, fast-paced, dynamic team.
