About the position

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and ensure the successful delivery of our IT systems. The IT Manager will manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring that our technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and efficient. This role involves collaborating with other departments to identify and address their technology needs, as well as developing and implementing IT policies and procedures that align with our business objectives. The ultimate goal is to optimize technology systems to support business operations and growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, software, and hardware.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures that align with our business objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs.
• Ensure the security and reliability of our technology infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare or social assistance industry.
• Experience with cloud-based systems and infrastructure.
