About The Position
The Information Technology Manager is responsible for researching and implementing technological strategic solutions that align with the organization's goals. This role involves establishing, measuring, and defining IT goals while maintaining an IT roadmap. The manager will initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the security and efficiency of the company's information and resources. Additionally, the IT Manager will manage development projects aimed at integrating new technologies into existing systems and will perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components. The position also requires planning and overseeing the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks, directing technological research, and recommending IT strategies, policies, and procedures based on organizational outcomes. The IT Manager will also implement disaster recovery and backup procedures to preserve company assets and maintain the organization's effectiveness and efficiency through strategic planning for information technologies.
