Responsibilities

• Handling advanced technical support and resolving issues related to networking, helpdesk services, and different software applications.
• Implementing and managing security systems and performing intrusion detection testing.
• Ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.
• Monitoring and managing Cisco, Cloud, CRM, and Dell Technologies.
• Overseeing the effective use of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and Active Directory.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure system efficiency.
• Managing and maintaining backup technologies.
• Overseeing computer hardware and ensuring its proper functioning.
• Implementing and managing Configuration Management systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Cisco Technologies
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
• Familiarity with Dell Technologies
• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)
• Proficiency in Active Directory
• Experience in Auditing
• Proficient in Backup Technologies
• Experience with Computer Hardware
• Knowledge of Configuration Management
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Proven experience in IT project management
