About the position

The IT Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing and implementing complex marketing campaigns for Reliable Technology Services, a Managed IT Service Provider. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a proven track record in marketing, capable of executing multi-step campaigns with precision and meeting tight deadlines. The position involves direct collaboration with the CEO and Managing Partner to achieve the company's revenue objectives through effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement multi-step, complex marketing campaigns with zero mistakes and missed deadlines.
• Coordinate production on various marketing campaigns using print, direct mail, web, e-mail, videos, audio, and in-person presentations.
• Develop, implement, and manage marketing systems and campaigns to achieve revenue objectives.
• Produce ROI reports for various marketing initiatives and improve results of existing campaigns.
• Create professional documents and sales letters using Microsoft Word and Publisher.

Requirements

• 2+ years of IT marketing experience.
• Excellent communication and phone skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel.
• Ability to work with database files and Excel spreadsheets.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in coordinating events and trade shows.
• Ability to write persuasive sales copy and communications.
