About the position

The IT Marketing Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the marketing and sales strategies for Digital Velocity, a company focused on full-stack digital transformation solutions. This position involves managing marketing campaigns, analyzing data to improve strategies, and collaborating with sales teams to drive demand generation programs. The role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to effectively engage customers and partners in the digital landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Enable Sales and Marketing motions for Digital Velocity
  • Conduct research and analyze data generating ideas for improving marketing strategies
  • Design, create, and implement campaigns and call to actions, and monitor campaign metrics, performance, and media budgets
  • Create social content, and manage social presence including social calendars, brand image/voice, and campaigns
  • Manage organization of marketing collateral including tagging, and creation/approval processes for collateral requests
  • Manage process for prioritization and status tracking of marketing requests
  • Write emails, blogs and other customer facing content
  • Help create webinar series and manage webinar calendars
  • Work with technology partners to build relationships and programs with AWS

Requirements
