Responsibilities

  • Check and respond to emails and alerts to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Update and create essential documentation.
  • Onboard and offboard employees and computers for clients.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with ease.
  • Build and load new workstations and servers.
  • Manage incoming packages and initiate RMAs with vendors.
  • Conduct bare metal server restore testing.
  • Maintain front office areas.
  • Visit client sites to solve IT problems as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree from a 2-year accredited college and/or 2+ years of experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer and network connectivity issues.
  • Experience setting up printers and scanners.
  • Experience managing M365 (adding/removing users, setting up mailboxes, managing M365 licensing).
  • Experience setting up and troubleshooting MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneNote, etc.).
