The Onboarding Implementation Coordinator at ALLO is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the successful installation and deployment of technical systems, software, hardware, or solutions for new clients. This position requires a proactive approach to managing multiple implementation projects while adhering to department policies and procedures. The Coordinator will work closely with a team of implementation specialists to assess client requirements, develop project scopes, and create detailed project plans and schedules. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients. In this role, the Onboarding Implementation Coordinator will be tasked with ensuring that all implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations. This includes responding to and resolving escalated client issues during implementations, troubleshooting challenges, and recommending effective solutions. The Coordinator may also assist in pre-sales product demonstrations and contribute to the development of proposals, showcasing the company's commitment to client satisfaction. Additionally, the Coordinator will be responsible for installing software for onboarding new clients, which may involve running, terminating, or repairing network cables, installing switches, firewalls, and access points, as well as setting up VOIP telephone systems. Training new clients on the managed services they have subscribed to is also a key responsibility, ensuring that clients are well-equipped to utilize the services effectively. The role may require setting up new computers and tablets to facilitate the onboarding process, emphasizing the importance of technical proficiency and customer service skills.
