The IT Operation Analyst I role at TD involves providing technology-based customer service support and conducting first-level analysis to resolve end-user incidents and issues. Responsibilities

  • Provide front line customer service support to clients on a broad range of issues.
  • Investigate problems beyond own area of knowledge, applying a broad business focus.
  • Assess the level of knowledge of callers and translate information when providing assistance.
  • Prioritize and may assign problems and service issues to other team members.
  • Coordinate problem resolution and the implementation of changes in accordance with established change processes.
  • Integrate all sources of information when providing assistance to clients.
  • Make independent decisions within generally defined parameters.

Requirements
