About the position

The IT Operations Analyst II is responsible for data entry, document imaging, and production printing related to Mainframe operations. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency with office equipment, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to ensure data integrity and timely processing, while also providing professional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update data into computer systems and databases.
  • Enter and verify data from source documents using a data entry keypunch system.
  • Verify and correct data discrepancies by reviewing and comparing data with source documents.
  • Perform additional clerical tasks as needed to support team operations.
  • Assist personnel from the Computer Operations Mainframe team in monitoring and executing commands relating to assigned Mainframe tasks.
  • Scan/image documents according to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning.
  • Review scanned images for accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct scanning errors, such as misalignment or missing pages.
  • Execute printing tasks from the Mainframe and related software systems that include report and check printing.
  • Monitor and maintain production print equipment specific to Mainframe & related system printing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor printer issues and/or malfunctions.
  • Coordinate preventative maintenance schedule and act as point-person on service-related issues with production printers.
  • Maintain PAR levels of copy/print paper stock, production print supplies, and related consumables.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of related job function knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database management systems.
  • Experience in print production equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and digital files.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Present a customer-oriented image of professionalism and service satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures.
