About the position

The IT Operations Analyst II at Conduent is responsible for managing incidents related to IT operations, including Windows, Linux, Networking, and Server issues. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can analyze diverse problems, prioritize incidents, and collaborate with the incident management team to ensure effective resolution and adherence to protocols. Responsibilities

• Performing Incident Management with regards to Windows, Linux, Networking and Server issues
• Performing Network, Server, and Application support
• Resolving trouble tickets
• Responding to a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and initiating the incident management process
• Prioritizing incidents according to their urgency and influence on the business
• Collaborating with the incident management team to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed
• Adjusting the incident management process as required to ensure its effectiveness

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an Incident Management role
• Possess excellent communication skills, interacting with all levels of management communicating issues with people, process, and technology
• Display interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Possess the ability to work rotating shifts to support 24/7/365 organization
• Understand how to support the Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management processes while working escalated incidents
• Have an Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
