About The Position
The IT Operation Analyst III provides a broad range of operational service/support which may include environment management, maintenance, monitoring, performance and incident management and/or production support activities to enable technology for own area of specialization. This role involves day-to-day application/system support, resolving client applications/system issues, and may include supporting the installation, configuration, and upgrade of business applications/systems in coordination with appropriate stakeholders. The analyst participates and contributes to change control, capacity planning, and security, and performs basic problem determination.
