About the position

As an Intern in the Global TEIS Business Unit at TE Connectivity, you will provide technical and operational support services to employees facing IT issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, supporting network systems, and contributing to asset management activities. You will be part of a collaborative culture that values innovation and teamwork, helping to create a safer and more connected future.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer hardware, software, or network problems reported via ServiceNow tickets.
• Build, configure, install, and support PCs using TE's standard image process.
• Troubleshoot client application issues, including SCCM, Crowdstrike, Office 365, and VPN.
• Install network printers and perform client setup.
• Maintain the IT asset inventory updated.
• Work through a ticketing system following the ITIL process.

Requirements

• Minimum GPA requirement of 3.0.
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in IT.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College for the duration of the Internship.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
