Responsibilities

• Install and repair equipment; instruct customers in equipment operation.
• Provide technical assistance and check equipment for malfunctions.
• Perform maintenance and technical support on products, integrated systems, and software.
• Analyze and evaluate products and related performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems quickly.
• Install, upgrade, and remove products ensuring coordinated engineering field changes.
• Assemble, install, and configure systems and equipment according to site assessments and schematics.
• Complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process.
• Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations.
• Provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting.
• Maintain effective customer communications and relations.
• Travel frequently to customer sites and perform field technician service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma plus advanced training and 3-4 years of experience.
• DoD Active Secret Clearance.
