About the position

In this senior/lead role, you will work independently on a diverse range of tasks, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting for complex applications and systems. You will act as a subject matter expert, coaching and educating others while leading support efforts. Your responsibilities will include identifying root causes, implementing remediation plans, and administering business applications in coordination with stakeholders. You will also research industry standards and make recommendations for improvements, ensuring all application requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in a senior/lead role on a diverse range of tasks.
• Act as a subject matter expert and consult with clients and project teams.
• Provide technical guidance and complex troubleshooting/problem resolution.
• Lead the support of complex applications/systems and business lines.
• Identify root causes and implement targeted remediation plans.
• Administer business applications in coordination with stakeholders.
• Review, participate, and implement procedures.
• Research industry standards and make recommendations for improvements.
• Design, review, and integrate application requirements including functional, security, integration, performance, quality, and operations.
• Act as the lead for other support analysts on the team.

Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years' recent hands-on experience with Windows/Linux.
• 5+ years recent hands-on experience with ServiceNow and JIRA ticketing system.
• 5 years of experience with MS Office suite, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Ability to work after hours and do overtime as needed.
• Ability to lift heavy workstations and monitors.
• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
• Customer-oriented attitude with great communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• LINUX Scripting experience.
• Java experience.
