Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Proactively monitor systems and networks to detect and resolve potential disruptions
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems to ensure optimal performance
• Accurately document technical issues, resolutions, and updates to support knowledge sharing
• Assist with data backup and disaster recovery processes, ensuring business continuity
• Maintain reliable connectivity across software applications and mobile devices for seamless user experience
• Collaborate with IT team members to address complex technical challenges
• Provide personalized technical support and training to end-users as needed

Requirements

• Experience with help desk support and Level 1 technical troubleshooting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $58240.00/yr.
