About The Position
The IT Operations Analyst is responsible for managing and supporting IT operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of systems and applications. This role requires a strong background in both Windows and Linux environments, as well as experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and JIRA. The analyst will work in a hybrid model, providing support after hours and during the third shift as needed, while maintaining a customer-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
