And we do it all with heart, each and every day. This position's primary focus is the governance, tracking, driving, and reporting for the PC Client Currency Program. The Client Currency Operations manager will be responsible for identifying areas in the Program that would benefit from process improvements and then implementing those to create efficiencies. Another primary responsibility will be ensuring the OKRs and KPIs for the Program are achieved. Dependencies, supporting workstreams/initiatives and roadblocks will require identification, tracking and resolution as part of the responsibilities. The Operations Manager will be responsible for on-time and on-budget delivery of goals, OKRs and KPIs and will be the hub for communications across all levels of the Enterprise for their respective part of the Program. At this time, the PC Currency Program consists of Operating System updates and upgrades (Mac and Windows), O365 updates and upgrades and the PC Refresh initiative.
