About the position

The IT Operations Manager will lead the operational planning of IT functions, focusing on cybersecurity and resource allocation for new technologies. This role involves managing the deployment, maintenance, and upgrades of IT systems, while ensuring compliance with data protection laws and overseeing the management of IT hardware, software, and equipment. The position also includes managing IT staff and third-party providers, and conducting cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT operational planning, including cybersecurity.
• Allocate resources and define requirements for new technologies.
• Manage IT systems deployment, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Conduct cost/benefit analyses for IT spending.
• Oversee IT hardware, software, and equipment management.
• Manage IT staff and third-party providers.
• Ensure compliance and manage KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in IT experience.
• 5+ years in management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft OS, Meraki, Cisco networks, and cloud computing.
• Knowledge of data protection laws (e.g., GDPR).
• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field required.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ITIL framework.
