About the position

The IT/Operations Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, ensuring the accuracy of records, tracking accounts payable, and providing clerical support to enhance service efficiency in a continuously improving program environment. This role supports both the Operations and IT Directors and assists in various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Director and IT Director.
  • Assist Transportation staff in monitoring and reporting of daily operations.
  • Create and manage departmental procedures and forms.
  • Assist IT staff with inventory tracking, reporting, and distribution of equipment.
  • Assist IT staff with yearly startup and shutdown tasks.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree required (Bachelor degree preferred) in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Two years in a support role preferred.
