About the position

The IT Operations Project Manager at Epsilon, Inc. is responsible for coordinating and managing IT and operational projects, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and project timelines. This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, overseeing IT systems integration, and facilitating collaboration between IT teams and project stakeholders. The position requires regular interaction with senior management and customers to ensure successful project execution and adherence to budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate IT operations across multiple locations, ensuring system performance and support align with project timelines.
  • Oversee the integration of new IT systems and technologies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between IT teams and project stakeholders for successful deployment of operational systems.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Program Manager(s).
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, Program Manager, and Customer project managers.
  • Support recruiting and hiring processes, including reviewing resumes and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with processing and tracking candidates through background check processes.
  • Create and track project deliverables, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Develop requirements for projects and ensure adherence throughout execution and delivery.
  • Create and adhere to project budgets and schedules.
  • Identify, document, manage, and escalate project risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a project coordinator or project management role, or equivalent education and experience.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent follow-through, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management toolsets (MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Experience managing IT operations projects, including system implementations and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple IT operations projects simultaneously.

Nice-to-haves

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
