About the position

The IT Operations Support Analyst will provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues within the energy industry. This role involves troubleshooting, documenting incidents, and ensuring effective communication regarding IT operations support.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and resolving remote hardware, software, and network issues
• Identification and triage of incidents and requests
• Documenting and engaging on all tickets in Cherwell to maintain a historical record of activity

Requirements

• Experience working in IT or Operations Support
• Experience with general IT software, hardware, and network support
• Experience with ITIL Methodologies
• Flexible and responsible with good communication skills

Benefits
