As a member of our Corporate and Shared Services global teams, you will play a vital role in executing our strategic mission and operations. This position focuses on providing technical support to internal customers, ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and equipment. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Your contributions are critical to the productivity and success of our organization, as you will be the primary escalation point for all client hardware and software-related needs. In this role, you will support various operational tasks related to client hardware, including new client hardware imaging and deployments, application deployments and upgrades, and providing support for Windows 10/11 operating systems. You will also manage site-level Active Directory objects, assist with user, group, and computer object management, and support Office 365 and Exchange Online tasks. Additionally, you will provide basic Windows server support and document current practices and policies. User education efforts will also be part of your responsibilities, ensuring that onsite requirements and general needs are met effectively. Your technical expertise will be essential in maintaining the productivity of our internal customers, and your ability to work independently while being detail-oriented will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to identify process improvement opportunities and develop recommendations to enhance our IT support services. Flexibility in working hours may be required, and you may need to travel globally up to 15% of the time.
