About the position

The IT PC Technician will be a key member of the IT Customer Services Team, responsible for providing technical support to employees at two locations. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with installations, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure smooth IT operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Help Desk support for technical issues.
• Perform hardware and software installations.
• Interact with customers to understand and diagnose their technical problems.
• Conduct Helpdesk phone support.
• Develop PC images for deployment.
• Support employees at both locations.
• Work on various technical special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Excellent troubleshooting skills, both remotely and in-person.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
