Falconwood Inc. is seeking an IT Portfolio Management Analyst to support the Deputy Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (DCNO) N2/N6 division. This role is critical in providing consultation and programmatic support to various Department of Defense Information Technology (IT) initiatives and programs. The Analyst will be responsible for managing and synchronizing the efforts of the Navy's Functional Area Managers (FAMs) and Information Officers (CIOs) through the creation and modification of governance procedures. The position requires a strong technical background and excellent communication skills, as the Analyst will serve as an onsite representative at the Pentagon for at least three days a week, with the option for telework on remaining days. The Analyst will support various processes including application migration, application waiver processes, and enterprise license processes. They will coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy of application information in the Department of the Navy Application and Database Management System (DADMS). Additionally, the Analyst will assist in organizing and executing routine meetings and teleconferences to enhance communication and execute FAM Portfolio Management (PfM) at multiple levels. In this role, the Analyst will also review Information Technology Procurement Requests (ITPR) and ensure compliance with all requirements for submission. They will conduct IT systems certification and annual reviews, focusing on compliance with existing IT policies and regulations. The Analyst will identify information required to evaluate fiscal and technical gaps and manage various portfolios related to Enterprise Services, Command and Control, and Information Operations. Project management support will be provided for legacy and excepted network consolidation, ensuring continuous monitoring until integration into the Navy enterprise. The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to produce reports, briefs, and correspondence as needed. The ideal candidate will have a SECRET clearance and at least five years of IT experience, particularly with Navy efforts such as NMCI/NGEN and Cloud Computing/Migration. Familiarity with NAV-ITAS and experience in budget and financial management are also essential for this role.
