About the position

The IT Applications Project Manager for Housing Systems will lead the transition from Tenmast WinTen2+ to Yardi Voyager for the Public Housing Authority. This role is crucial for managing the project, overseeing data migration, and ensuring compliance with HUD PIC reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proficiency in Yardi Voyager, Tenmast WinTen2+, and HUD reporting.
• Strong data analysis and migration experience.

Nice-to-haves

• PMP or relevant certification.
• Experience with SQL and housing systems.
