About the position

The IT Procurement Specialist will support IT request management functions, focusing on the planning, coordination, and tracking of IT assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement to disposition. This role involves processing purchase requests for IT hardware and software, conducting data analysis and reporting, and providing customer service while maintaining accurate asset information.

Responsibilities

• Process requests for purchase or licensing of IT hardware and software.
• Support and coordinate asset management functions.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting related to IT procurement.
• Provide customer service and maintain asset information.
• Track assets from request through procurement, deployment, and disposition.
