About the position

The IT Product Analyst will be part of the IT department, focusing on supporting workload automation software. This role involves managing, scheduling, and optimizing business processes to enhance efficiency and minimize errors. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and customer service skills, along with experience in data processing and workload automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Use workload automation software to manage, schedule, and optimize business processes, transactions, and workflows.
• Ensure automated jobs and schedules adhere to established standards and meet processing requirements.
• Assist application teams and business partners in defining automation requirements and task scheduling activities.
• Identify and resolve issues that disrupt normal system processing workflows.
• Create and maintain departmental procedures, best practices, and standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of data processing experience in a technical capacity.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience using workload automation systems.
• Experience using BMC's Control-M preferred.
• Experience with prioritizing workloads.
• Understanding of server and cloud applications is required.
• Effective problem-solving and research skills.
