About the position

The CDP Product Management Analyst and Project Manager at Flexential Corp is a hybrid role focused on supporting product management initiatives and leading project management activities. The position involves analyzing data to recommend pricing strategies for CDP products, reporting on product performance trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and project management skills, with a proactive approach to driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to improve product performance and optimize portfolio performance.
• Identify and analyze performance trends to develop recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development of product-oriented business cases and conduct regular business reviews.
• Conduct market research, including competitive analysis and win/loss reviews.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to execute product development and launch initiatives.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for successful project delivery.
• Track project progress, monitor risks, and address potential roadblocks.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders through meetings and reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather input and drive consensus on project priorities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in product and project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, financial models, product management, or project management.
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) desired but not required.
• Expert proficiency in Excel, including XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Qlik and Tableau desired but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical skills to gather and analyze market data and product metrics.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the Cloud, Data Protection, or Managed IT Services space.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools.
