About the position

The IT Product Associate Manager will play a crucial role in the digital transformation of Altria, a Fortune 200 company. This position involves overseeing the implementation of innovative product development technologies and ensuring compliance with FDA regulations. The role requires collaboration with various teams to refine user stories, manage IT accounts, and develop technical roadmaps for applications, all while maintaining a focus on quality processes aligned with FDA Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key partners in IT, Product Development, and Engineering to refine user stories and build applications.
• Conduct IT account management for Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Enterprise Quality organizations.
• Develop strategies and technical roadmaps for the lifecycle of applications.
• Communicate complex technical information effectively to clients and project teams.
• Participate as a hands-on technical resource and lead technical contractors in solution development.
• Stay updated on new tools and capabilities for over 50 applications.
• Advise teams on optimal methods and assist with strategy for efficient use.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience.
• Experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, ITIL, and international IT regulation.
• Expert knowledge of IT industry and its impact on business.
• Ability to translate business requirements to technical design.
• Experience leading and using agile methodology and tools such as DevOps.
• Familiarity with data management and integration issues.
• Experience with Product Design, Consumer Insights, and EQMS systems.
• Experience with CAD, GitHub, Salesforce, Azure, and Dassault PLM platforms.
