About the position

The IT Product Associate Manager will play a crucial role in the digital evolution of a Fortune 200 company by implementing innovative product development technologies and ensuring compliance with FDA Part 11 quality processes. This position involves collaboration with various teams to refine user stories, manage IT accounts, develop application strategies, and communicate technical information effectively. The role requires a strong understanding of IT quality processes and the ability to lead technical projects while staying updated on new tools and applications.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key partners in Information Technology, Product Development, Engineering, and others to understand and refine user stories, configure and build applications and integrations.
  • Conduct IT account management for Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Enterprise Quality organizations.
  • Develop strategies and technical roadmaps for the lifecycle of applications.
  • Communicate complex technical information to clients and project teams effectively and concisely.
  • Participate as a hands-on technical resource and/or lead technical contractors in solution development and deployment.
  • Stay updated on new tools, capabilities, and updates for over 50 applications.
  • Advise teams on optimal methods and assist with setting strategy for efficient use.
  • Demonstrate strong team collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience.
  • Experience with FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, ITIL, and international IT regulation.
  • Experience with IT Quality Processes such as Audit, Change Control, and CAPA.
  • Expert knowledge of the Information Technology industry and its impact on business.
  • Ability to translate business requirements to technical design and develop systems component specifications.
  • Experience leading and using agile methodology and tools such as DevOps.
  • Experience implementing engineering and code development technologies.
  • Familiarity with issues and requirements for data management and integration.
  • Experience with Product Design, Consumer Insights, and EQMS systems.
  • Experience with CAD, GitHub, Salesforce, Azure, and Dassault PLM platforms.
  • Leadership in balancing business, subject areas, and client needs/expectations.
  • Ability to research, discuss, and solve complex software problems.
