About The Position
The Data, Analytics, and AI Engineering team (DnAi) is a global capability within the Mercer Tech organization. Our mission is to enable business data strategy through strategic partnerships across business, operations, and technology teams, bringing best-in-class Data, Analytics, and AI engineering capabilities to solve business-critical problems and opportunities. The DnAi team creates, deploys, and maintains data infrastructure and capabilities that differentiate our businesses and delight our clients. We are a collaborative group who have fun working together to create ‘move the needle’ data outcomes for Mercer’s health, wealth, and career practices. This role will be based in Louisville, KY. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
