The Product Manager 2 will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital product roadmaps that align with the company's goals and customer needs. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of product management, ensuring that the products developed are of high quality and meet the expectations of stakeholders. In this role, the Product Manager 2 will create buy-in and alignment for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners. They will develop lifecycle and marketing plans to effectively communicate digital product strategies across the organization. The position demands the ability to define a set of high-quality, cross-functional, and simple digital products based on input from IT and customers, ensuring that the products are user-friendly and meet market demands. Additionally, the Product Manager will develop detailed business requirements that can be utilized to create digital product specifications and architecture, managing prioritization and trade-offs among conflicting business priorities. The Product Manager 2 will work closely with Project Managers and IT resource managers to ensure that products meet their commitments. This role requires directing, planning, organizing, and coordinating with team members in cross-functional settings. Effective oral and written communication skills are essential, as is the proven ability to drive large-scale projects with high collaboration and leadership. The ability to organize and manage multiple projects through various stages of development and approval is crucial, as is the capacity to interact professionally at all levels of the global organization. The role also demands a self-motivated individual who can work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines with minimal supervision, possessing excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 4 year degree; or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 4 years in a functional leadership capacity
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing deadlines
  • Experience with user-driven, digital and IT strategy
  • Comprehensive knowledge of subject matter
  • Ability to handle complex issues and problems, referring only the most complex issues to higher-level staff
  • Leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring skills
