About the position

Airbus Helicopters is seeking an IT Product Manager for the 3DEXPERIENCE platform to join our End to End Develop domain based in Marignane, France. This role is pivotal in the deployment of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions aimed at driving the digital transformation of the company. As part of the One PLM Products PSL, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes technical experts such as Architects, Developers, and Technology Specialists, as well as internal business stakeholders from various departments including Simulation, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Design. In this position, you will ensure the seamless integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE solution into Airbus Helicopter's information system. You will be responsible for developing the product to meet IT and cybersecurity requirements, leading a team of subcontractors, and representing Airbus Helicopter through a multi-business unit deployment strategy. Your role will also involve delivering, maintaining, and continuously improving the services provided to our end users. Responsibilities

• Ensure the seamless integration of the 3DEXPERIENCE solution into Airbus Helicopter's information system.
• Develop the 3DEXPERIENCE product to meet IT and cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of subcontractors.
• Represent Airbus Helicopter through a multi-business unit deployment strategy.
• Deliver, maintain, and continuously improve the services provided to our end users.
• Manage incident flow, reporting, and request creation via ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure consistency and efficiency in deployments.

Requirements

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in IT product management, preferably in the aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform and its modules.
• Strong IT background (Functional & Technical architecture, development).
• Comprehensive knowledge of Digital Technologies.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum project management approaches.
• Advanced level of English and French.
• Demonstrated learning agility, entrepreneurship, and innovative 'out of the box' thinking.
• Leadership skills with the ability to drive a multidisciplinary team.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Value-oriented with the ability to assess various approaches and ideas.
