About the position

The IT Product Manager, GTM/Partner Systems at Cloudflare will lead strategic systems initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor between various business areas such as Sales, Marketing, and Post-Sales, and the IT Enterprise Applications team. This role focuses on developing business technology strategies, managing requirements, and ensuring effective service management. The IT Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end process of GTM/Partner internal business systems, collaborating with multiple functions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact and partner to both the business and the IT Enterprise Applications team.
  • Gather and document business requirements, objectives, and end-user needs to connect people, processes, and systems.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for the product scrum team and collaborate with product owners to develop the vision and roadmap.
  • Drive the overall GTM/Partner IT roadmap with a focus on business performance and scalability while limiting IT risk.
  • Provide knowledge transfers and vision to technical teams and program managers to ensure clear requirements are understood for project implementation.
  • Maintain routine communication with business stakeholders and IT delivery leads to ensure alignment on system roadmap and timelines.
  • Track the technology market for new GTM/Partner applications and product capabilities that align with Cloudflare's tech stack.
  • Nurture platform vendor relationships and influence their roadmap deliverables to match business goals.
  • Assist the Procurement team in the vendor selection process for onboarding new technology, including vendor research and evaluation.
  • Run monthly GTM steering committee meetings and provide routine alignment between the GTM/Partner business and IT teams.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience with GTM/Partner systems, particularly in sales operations.
  • Experience with GTM/Partner systems such as Salesforce Experience Cloud and Zift.
  • Strong understanding of GTM/Partner sales functions and cycles.
  • Ability to manage priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with executive leadership and ability to think strategically.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with additional sales/partner technologies.

  • Knowledge of IT governance and planning processes.
