About the position

The IT Product Manager III for Salesforce at Intellibee is responsible for developing and implementing the technology product strategy for United Cargo's CRM system, Salesforce (SFDC). This role acts as the business owner of the system, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing platform performance. The manager will serve as the primary contact for business users, IT teams, and technology vendors, promoting collaboration and reducing silos within the organization. The position requires a strong understanding of SFDC capabilities and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic direction for Salesforce (SFDC).
• Lead planning and strategy development for technology deliverables.
• Optimize system performance by identifying automation and process opportunities.
• Manage the intake funnel for user requests and assess their viability and priority.
• Function as the primary point of contact for the SFDC Cargo user community and technology vendors.
• Communicate strategy and progress to Cargo leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide direction and guidance to direct reports and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
• Experience in leading/managing cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience collaborating with stakeholders on technology initiatives.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SFDC functionality and capabilities.
• Proven project management, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with leadership and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA preferred.
• Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator.
• Experience as the primary business owner for a technology platform.
• Working knowledge of Cargo industry technology platforms.
• Being a subject matter expert (SME) in the noted technology platform.
