About the position

The IT Product Manager III role at Robert Half is a long-term contract position focused on driving product strategy and development in the retail industry. The Product Manager will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders, engage in customer research, and analyze data to enhance customer retention through effective product strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and development from concept to launch.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Engage in extensive customer research to inform product decisions.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing retention.
• Design models, success metrics, and reporting to assess retention campaign performance.
• Create test plans to optimize audience selection for retention campaigns.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of relevant product management experience, including in Development, UX, and Strategy.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 2 years of practical experience in strategy creation and customer-focused solutions.
• Collaborative personality with excellent leadership, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• 8 years of directly related experience.
• 4 years of people management and team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's or advanced Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Marketing Communications.
