About the position

The IT Product Manager III at Paramount Group is responsible for developing and implementing the technology product strategy for United Cargo's CRM, Salesforce (SFDC). This role acts as the business owner of the system, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and optimizing platform performance. The manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams and technology vendors to manage all system-related activities, promoting collaboration and reducing silos within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement United Cargo's technology product strategy for Salesforce (SFDC).
• Act as the primary point of contact for business users, IT counterparts, and technology vendors.
• Optimize platform performance and realize business goals through effective management of SFDC functionality.
• Manage the intake funnel for user requests, assessing viability and priority.
• Communicate strategy and progress to Cargo leadership, keeping them informed of developments and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of proven Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
• Experience in leading/managing a broad-based cross-functional team.
• Proven experience in collaborating with stakeholders on technology initiatives.
• Strong hands-on working knowledge of SFDC functionality and capabilities.
• Proven project management and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

• MBA preferred.
• Salesforce certified Advanced Administrator.
• Experience as the primary business owner for a technology platform.
• Working knowledge of Cargo industry technology platforms.

Benefits

• Contract position with pay ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour.
