The position plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between technology and business needs by developing and managing IT products and services that support the company operations, enhance efficiency, and drive growth in collaboration with the Product Owner. The individual will execute on product roadmaps as outlined by senior leadership, focusing on short-term product improvements and tactical delivery. They will work closely with the Product Owner to define product requirements, refine user stories, and ensure clear communication between business and IT teams focused on developing Plant Maintenance and Quality applications to serve 9 production plants across the US. The role also involves conducting user acceptance testing and collaborating with the QA team to ensure product features meet quality standards. Additionally, the individual will maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it remains actionable and aligned with immediate business goals, and prioritize day-to-day tasks within the backlog to ensure timely delivery of product updates and enhancements. They will provide input on product performance, helping to identify minor improvements that can be quickly implemented and assist in the documentation and training for new features, ensuring stakeholders are aware of upcoming changes. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
