About the position

The IT Product Manager/Product Owner will play a crucial role in the Pharmaceutical & Biotech field by gathering and prioritizing customer and stakeholder requirements to develop IT solutions that align with business objectives. This position involves collaboration with various teams to create product roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and prioritize customer and stakeholder requirements to drive the development of IT solutions.
  • Collaborate with Omnichannel and Marketing team members to gather their vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital products.
  • Develop detailed product roadmaps and timelines coordinating with stakeholders to meet key milestones.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and features, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Define and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it contains features that drive value and align with customer needs.
  • Lead Agile development processes, ensuring timely delivery of product features and continuous improvements based on user feedback.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers/agencies to create user-friendly digital experiences.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within product development teams.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or in a related role.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, MarTech systems, and data analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in defining product requirements and working with development teams to bring products to market.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, Computer Science, or similar).
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple feature delivery simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
