About the position

The IT Product Manager for Quote-to-Order Systems at Cloudflare will lead strategic initiatives within the organization, acting as a trusted advisor between Finance, Pricing, and IT teams. This role focuses on developing business technology strategies, managing requirements, and ensuring effective service management for Q2O internal business systems. The Product Manager will oversee the end-to-end Q2O process, drive technology strategy, and maintain stakeholder alignment to enhance business performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Quote-to-Order processes between business and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with the business to gather and analyze requirements and end-user needs.
  • Lead the vision and strategy for the Q2O product scrum team and develop a comprehensive roadmap.
  • Drive the overall QTO IT roadmap with a focus on business performance and risk mitigation.
  • Provide knowledge transfers to technical teams to ensure clear understanding of Q2O requirements.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on the Q2O system roadmap.
  • Track technology market trends and emerging applications relevant to Q2O.
  • Lead vendor relationships and the vendor selection process for new Q2O technologies.
  • Adhere to IT Planning and Governance structures and run Q2O steering committee meetings.
  • Lead weekly roadmap meetings to collaborate on Q2O priorities and risk management.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience with pricing systems, including deal desk and pricing operations.
  • Experience with go-to-market and finance systems.
  • Strong communication skills with executive leadership and ability to think strategically.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with ERP & CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or Oracle.
  • Understanding of Channel Business Models with a focus on subscription and usage-based pricing models.
  • Experience with billing systems, preferably Stripe, in a high-growth SaaS model.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with business processes driving end-to-end Quote or Order processes.
