About the position

Bollinger Motors is seeking an IT Product Manager to oversee the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with the company's business needs. This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Salesforce and other related systems, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the development team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and implementation of systems associated with SSM, primarily Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for all SSM projects.
• Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce solutions through code reviews, testing, and optimization.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.
• Provide technical expertise and support for complex Salesforce issues and challenges.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the development team.
• Coordinate with other IT teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.
• Assist Sales, Service, Marketing, and Finance with any technical issues revolving around programs such as Salesforce, PLEX, Adaptive, and middleware software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience with Salesforce.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.
• Automotive background with large OEM preferred.
